Quality craftsmanship takes time…

Our current lead time is: Two Weeks

What is “Lead Time?”

Lead time is the duration between the placement of an order and the completion of the product for shipment. This interval is essential in ensuring a balance between production capacity and customer demand.

Importance in Manufacturing:

When crafting our US made products, lead time plays a critical role in planning and resource allocation. By imposing a lead time, we set a time buffer to accommodate potential spikes in demand without compromising on quality or delivery commitments.

Managing Customer Expectations:

Lead time is not an exact guarantee of the time required to produce and ship an order. Instead, it represents an average duration that allows the company to pace its production effectively. This approach helps in managing customer expectations by providing a realistic timeframe for product delivery. In reality the time to create and ship your order will vary and may take less than or slightly more than the estimated lead time.

Adaptability to Demand Fluctuations:

Lead time is crucial for maintaining flexibility in the face of fluctuating demand. By setting an average lead time, we can better handle sudden increases in orders, ensuring that they can meet this demand without undue delay or compromise in product quality.

Mixed Orders:

When orders contain imported and US made products they will ship when the US made products are ready to ship.
